2. Service Description
13CabsPremium provides taxi and transport services across the Greater Melbourne Area. Services include sedan, SUV, maxi taxi, NDIS transport, and airport transfers.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through our app. Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Late cancellation fees may apply.
4. Fares and Payment
Fares are calculated based on distance and vehicle type. Fixed fares may apply for certain routes. Payment can be made by cash, card, or corporate account.
5. Liability
13CabsPremium takes reasonable care to provide safe and reliable transport. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
